1. Account Registration

2. Booking & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment via our secure payment gateway. Confirmation is sent by email and/or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
– Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before check-in.
– Within 48 hours of check-in, bookings are non-refundable.
– No-shows will be fully charged.
All users must agree to these conditions before booking.

4. Property Listings by Third Parties
Property owners must create a verified account and pay listing fees (monthly or per-property). They are solely responsible for listing accuracy, cleanliness, legality, and availability.

5. Advertising
Local tourism businesses (restaurants, transport, etc.) may advertise on our platform after approval. Ad placement is paid and time-bound.

6. Platform Use & Conduct
Users must not:
– Use false identities or book fraudulently.
– Violate UAE laws.
– Damage properties or misbehave.
Violation can result in account suspension or permanent removal.

7. Prices & Errors
We aim for accuracy but may correct pricing errors. Obvious mistakes (e.g., AED 1/night for a villa) are not binding.

8. Liability & Disclaimer
SumeraHolidays.com acts as a platform and is not liable for services provided by third-party hosts. We are not responsible for:
– Property condition
– Cancellations by hosts
– Damages unless due to our negligence

9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated. Users will be notified via email or on login. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.

10. Governing Law
All terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are handled in Ajman courts.
